Although we do not breed our ponies on a large scale, we usually provide one or two quality purebred foals for sale each year. Our foals are available for purchase until their first birthday, after which they will not be available again for consideration until they are going on age 4 & are started under saddle.
On occasion we offer wonderful green-broke young ponies, as well as mature ridden ponies for consideration.
All of our Connemara ponies are current on vaccinations, de-worming and hoof trimmings. They receive regular veterinary check-ups including dental exams. Foal prices include Temporary Foal Certificates with the American Connemara Pony Society. Each foal that leaves our farm is a well handled individual: leading well, standing well for grooming and hoof trimmings, exposed to loading and unloading in a horse trailer, exposed to spray bottles, and if the weather permits - they will also be exposed to bathing. We take training seriously, as it is one of our top priorities to provide each pony with the very best start in life as possible.
To whom we sell a pony to IS important to us. We are responsible for the foals that are produced on our farm as well as the mature ponies that call this farm their home, and have relied on us for their care. It is our vow to them, to assure them with a home that is not only safe but also that the new owners are able to meet their needs unconditionally. Once we sell a pony, that is not the end of the road - but rather the beginning. Our line of communication is always open to hear about exciting new pony adventures, as well as any problems - or to merely share a hearty "hello".
A percentage of our prices (listed at the bottom of this page) include a much needed donation to the United States Equine Rescue League.

To rehabilitate sick, injured and underweight equines and restore them to a state of health
To end the suffering of those equines which cannot be rehabilitated by means of humane euthanasia.
To find all equines that come under the care of USERL a compatible, loving home.

Let me commend you on some absolutely beautiful Connemara ponies and a great breeding program! If only we could get all breeders to be as responsible in their breed programs and picky about who they sold horses to, there would not be a need for USERL.
I can’t thank you enough for joining us in this important fight against equine neglect and cruelty!
